Through an inclusive and supportive learning environment, we aim to preserve their academic continuity and enhance their competency, ensuring they are equipped to serve the Afghan healthcare system in the future.
Vision
Our vision is to create a future where Afghan women are integral to the healthcare workforce, equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead and innovate in their communities. We aspire to be a leading institution that champions female education in Afghanistan and advocates for the rights of women to pursue their academic and professional aspirations, regardless of political changes.

- Community Building: Foster a strong network of Afghan female medical students and healthcare professionals to share knowledge, experiences, and encouragement, thereby cultivating a supportive community.
- Advocacy for Women’s Education: Actively advocate for policies and societal support that endorse and uphold the right to education for women in Afghanistan, working towards the normalization of female medical practitioners in the healthcare sector.
- Professional Readiness: Equip students with the practical skills and knowledge needed for effective clinical practice, ensuring they are prepared to meet the demands of the healthcare system when they have the opportunity to serve.
